I can’t say pack layers enough. Whether it is summer or winter, the weather in Jackson Hole is unpredictable, but there is very little need for fancy dress clothes. In the summer, I would recommend bringing at a minimum:
- A Waterproof/windbreaker jacket
- A sweatshirt
- Sandals and possibly water shoes depending on your interests
- Sneakers
- Hiking Boots that are broken in
- Lip balm (your lips will get chapped)
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellent
- Mostly short pants
- T shirts that wick (microfibers)
